This call for projects is open to any organisation that shares the values of the uefa foundation and proposes practical measures to help children, in the areas of access to sport, health, education, employment, personal development and support for vulnerable children.

Zones

The UEFA Children's Foundation is launching a call for projects. These projects aim to achieve the foundation's objectives, i.e. to help children by providing them with support in the following areas:

  • health;
  • education;
  • access to sport;
  • personal development;
  • integration of minorities;
  • the protection of children's rights.

To achieve these objectives, the foundation sets up programmes involving football or sport in general, either by running its own projects or by working in partnership with other bodies.

The foundation may advise, work with or support any organisation or project with similar objectives or seeking to provide development aid.

It can also provide humanitarian or emergency aid, acting alone or in partnership with other organisations.

Eligibility criteria

Applications are invited from organisations all over the world. Support is not limited to projects in Europe.

Criteria
  • The UEFA Children's Foundation will examine and evaluate each project.
  • The final decision on project selection will be taken by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Foundation's Articles of Association and Code of Ethics.
