Do you know an animal welfare organisation that needs help? Lady Freethinker is now accepting applications for the Urgent Needs Fund's annual grant programme for projects helping animals around the world!

Since the beginning of the programmeLFT is proud to have awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars to incredible organisations funding a range of initiatives. creative to provide medical care, food, shelter and other forms of assistance to animals around the world.

Information on funding

• Organisations from all over the world can apply for grants of up to USD 10,000 each.
• Please note that the actual amounts awarded may vary.

Eligibility criteria

• The Fund for needs is aimed at organisations that are planning or currently working on animal rescue or care projects or awareness to improve the way animals are treated. This may include rescue missions, medical care, food or shelter.
• To determine whether the Urgent Needs Fund is right for your organization, please consider that your organization must be :
  • Registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organisation in the United States or registered as an NGO in your country ;
  • Officially registered as a 501 (c) (3) NGO for at least 2 years ;
  • Able to provide your most recent Form 990 or 990-EZ. If your organisation is located outside the United States, please send a copy of your report to financial of NGOs for the past year.
