The call for projects is aimed at Monegasque International Solidarity Organisations (ISOs) wishing to co-finance one or more projects in a country eligible for Official Development Assistance.
Themes
May 2023, with priority given to the following themes:
- Health, food security and nutrition for West Africa and Eastern and Southern Africa ;
- Education & child protection and access to decent work for the North Africa / Mediterranean region.
What project?
- Projects must be in line with the Government of Monaco's development cooperation policy, particularly in terms of geographical distribution and areas of intervention.
- Particular attention is paid to projects that are in line with national and regional sectoral development policies, are implemented for the benefit of the most vulnerable groups, and create ownership and sustainability for the beneficiaries.
Eligibility criteria
- Non-profit organisations. Priority will be given to African and Mediterranean NGOs.
- An international or intergovernmental organisation.
- A partner involved in the social economy.
- A public body (ministry, public institution).
- The project promoter must be legally constituted, have been in existence (chairman's report and financial report) for at least three years and have the technical, financial and operational capacity to implement the project.
