Welcome to ABSOLIis a community development association set up around ten years ago by young people committed to improving the quality of life in the community. Our areas of intervention include education, health, equal rights and general well-being, with a particular focus on people with disabilities. As part of the Giving for Change developed by the Burkinabe Fundraising Association, ABSOLI proposed a chicken farming project. The association in its research found that in the province of Bam, demand for chickens is high, but supply is lower.
The association has asked ABF to help it mobilise resources for their project to expand the hen houses and acquire chicks, equipment and technical support.
ABSOLI The aim of the project is to meet the high demand for chickens, boost the association's financial independence through the sale of chickens, and create jobs for local young people. ABSOLI is proud to be part of this revolutionary programme Giving for Change which focuses on endogenous development.
