Numerix is accepting applications for its Women in Finance scholarship programme to encourage and support talented women in finance, particularly those pursuing careers in financial asset management, market risk management, fixed income and derivatives finance in the financial markets.

Numerix remains committed to supporting women to the financial markets through its annual Women in Finance scholarship.

La stock exchange was launched in 2014 as the FINCAD Women in Finance scholarship and continued after Numerix acquired FINCAD in 2023.

Once a year, a $20,000 bursary is awarded to an eligible woman to help support postgraduate studies in finance, with 50 % of the bursary paid directly to the winner and the remaining 50 % being paid to the educational establishment to help pay school fees directly.

Eligibility criteria

• To be eligible for the scholarship, you must :
  • Be registered and follow a programme in finance.
  • Have started your studies no earlier than 1 January 2024 or no later than 1 February 2025.
  • Less than 10 years' total professional experience and less than 5 years' professional experience in finance.
  • Be a citizen of any country enrolled in a postgraduate programme in finance at an accredited university.
