Applications are now open for the African ChangeMakers Fellowship (#ACiFellowship) to train and empower impressive African visionaries, changemakers, game-changers, impact-makers, change agents, business and innovation drivers and shakers aged 25-40.


This enables Fellows to have a positive impact on their business, career and community across Africa, the diaspora and the world.

They train you in civic engagement, entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, technology, social enterprise, mentoring, the SDGs, the African Union's Agenda 2063, the African Union's youth policy, AfCFTA entrepreneurship and much more.

The African ChangeMakers Fellowship Programme continues to develop future African leadership and entrepreneurial skills through training, mentoring, collaboration and a connected ecosystem of change-makers.

Eligibility criteria
  • 25-40 years.
  • A citizen of one of the 54 African countries.
  • The training is in English - can read and speak English.
  • Have access to the Internet, a computer, laptop or mobile device to connect to the online programme.
  • Able to devote 3 to 4 full hours per week to the online programme or be able to attend the (physical) training in person.
  • OND, HND, Associate Degree, B.Sc and above.
  • Passionate about using their skills to make a positive impact on business, career and social issues.
  • Interested in leadership, entrepreneurship and social enterprise development for sustainable development in Africa.
  • Can demonstrate leadership and collaborative skills with people.
  • Can show initiative, independence and a positive attitude.
