The Tony Elumelu Foundation is an Africa-based, Africa-funded philanthropic organisation. The Foundation's mission is to catalyse economic and social development in Africa through entrepreneurship, focusing on three areas: empowering entrepreneurs through capacity building, seed capital, mentoring and networking.
