The Women's Forum is launching a call for applications for the Rising Talents initiative, which aims to identify highly talented young women who are poised to become influential figures in economies and societies.

Talents Montants 2023 , This initiative is a commitment to promoting women leaders and bringing the vision of rising generations to the Women's Forum.

The Women's Forum and its partners, INSEAD, Lazard and Russell Reynolds Associates, share a common conviction: identifying and developing talent among women is essential for the future of global business and society. Each year, around 15 young women are selected to join the Rising Talents network, attend the Women's Forum Global Meeting and the Women's Forum Regional Meetings, and benefit from enhanced networking activities and support at these events and in the future. Their Rising Talents 2022 come from all over the world and from a variety of sectors, from health and biotechnology to sustainable development and business innovation.

Talent is selected on the basis of exceptional skills, leadership, open-mindedness, international outlook and bravery in their personal and professional lives.

Since its creation, the Rising Talents network has brought together more than 250 women from over 50 different countries, representing a diversity of sectors. These talents include ministers, CEOs and senior executives of major companies, artists and NGO representatives, all of whom are contributing to the economic empowerment of women in their field of work.

Talents Montants 2023 eligibility criteria 

• To be considered for Rising Talents 2023, you must :
  • Be a woman under 40
  • Demonstrate remarkable skills, courage and leadership in your professional and personal life
  • Generate a positive impact in your community, your professional environment and society as a whole
  • Be passionate about giving back to the community and interested in actively participating in the Women's Forum network
  • Have an international mindset and be fluent in English
  • Undertake to be an ambassador for the Women's Forum, by contributing to the Women's Forum's international events
  • Undertake to take part in the Women's Forum Global Meeting 2023 (28-29 November, Paris).
